As a thank you for travelling with O'Shannessy's Quality Tours, you will automatically receive a saving on the total tour price for your second and subsequent tours.

 

In most cases, O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours will match single travellers who wish to twin share with another single traveller of the same gender. However, if this is not possible, you will need to pay the single room supplement.


If you are willing to twin share but are a smoker, have a CPAP machine or snore, you will need to pay the single supplement for a sole use room.

​O'Shanessy's Quality Tours are now providing travel insurance through Nib Insurance.


Travel insurance is not compulsory, however the Australian Government (see www.smarttraveller.gov.au) recommends all travellers no matter where you are going, obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable provider at the time the balance of the tour is to be paid. It may enable you to claim back the cost of your tour if you are unable to travel or must cancel at late notice.

  • DAY 1: FRIDAY 25TH JULY, 2025

    MELBOURNE TO BROOME


    Welcome to our new 7 day Broome Adventure! With chauffeured pickup from home, we travel to Melbourne Airport. Here we’ll be greeted by an O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours representative who will assist us with check in, and see us onto the plane for our flights to Broome via Perth. On arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel, home for the next six nights.

  • DAY 2: SATURDAY 26TH JULY, 2025

    EXPLORING BROOME


    We visit the Pearl Luggers Museum this morning where we learn the history of pearl diving dating back 140 years, followed by a tour of this fascinating town. We’ll see historic Gantheume Point, the Broome Wharf, the Japanese Cemetery and of course China Town. As it’s Saturday, we make a stop at the Broome Courthouse Markets, held in the historic Broome Courthouse gardens, offering a lively showcase of local art, crafts, and gourmet food. Enjoy live entertainment, unique handmade goods, and experience Broome's vibrant community atmosphere.  We then have some time to relax back at the hotel before making our way to Cable Beach for dinner at Cable Beach House, overlooking the beach. We arrive just before sunset for a unique photo opportunity.

  • DAY 3: SUNDAY 27TH JULY, 2025

    DINOSAUR ADVENTURE


    This morning we step aboard Tutti Frutti, the purpose-built shallow landing vessel and enjoy a fully guided cruise with entertaining and informative commentary surrounding everything Broome. One of the highlights of this tour is standing in the perfectly preserved, 120-Million-year-old dinosaur footprints that are fossilised in rock on a secluded beach. Learning about the early Cretaceous period and the dinosaurs that stamped their mark on history will leave you bewildered. This specially designed boat allows you to disembark directly onto the beach and is the perfect boat to explore this intriguing coastline. This afternoon we have time to relax back at the hotel. Dinner this evening is at the hotel.

  • DAY 4: MONDAY 28TH JULY, 2025

    CYGNET BAY & THE DAMPIER PENINSULA


    Today we will be heading to one of Australia’s most remote and untouched regions. Our first visit is to the Beagle Bay Church to see the famous Pearl Shell Altar, then we are off to the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm for a guided tour of this working Pearl Farm followed by lunch. Our afternoon’s touring takes us to Cape Leveque before we return to Broome in time for dinner.

  • DAY 5: TUESDAY 29TH JULY, 2025

    DAY AT LEISURE


    Today we have most of the day free to discover more of Broome at our leisure.  You may like to book a day tour or fly over the majestic Horizontal Falls (see options below). Of course, some may just like to lay around the pool and relax – the choice is yours.


    OPTIONAL: Horizontal Falls Half Day Tour Ex. Broome 

    Experience the incredible Horizontal Falls and pristine beauty of the Kimberely on a half-day tour. Enjoy low level flying over the amazing islands of the Buccaneer Archipelago and Cape Leveque before your seaplane lands safely in the calm waters of Talbot Bay. Your tour continues with an exciting cruise through the Horizontal Waterfalls, plus a relaxed island cruise followed by the shark show and swim in the marine viewing platform (lunch included)

    *Please advise at the time of booking this tour if you would like to include the optional Horizontal Falls tour. This optional tour is an additional expense and has limited places available. It is subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. Horizontal Falls tours are unavailable during neap tides.


    This afternoon we head to the Port of Broome and board the Spirit of Broome for our very special Sunset Dinner Cruise. Enjoy a four-course dinner and watch the sun setting, as well as taking in all the stunning coastal scenery.

  • DAY 6: WEDNESDAY 30TH JULY, 2025

    MORE OF BROOME


    Today we visit the Sisters of St John of God Heritage Centre Broome for a guided tour. The Heritage Centre is a place for sharing of social history related to the sisters of St John of God and Aboriginal people of the Kimberley. It incorporates the Relationships Exhibition in the Old Convent, the Archive & Research Centre, the Garden of Healing and Pomegranate House.  Lunch today is at the award-winning microbrewery, Matso’s, a true Broome treasure. This afternoon we visit the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park and Animal Refuge. The shop museum showcases an extraordinary display of Malcolm's forty years spent producing his famous adventure films. We watch the daily crocodile feeding showcasing some of the largest crocodiles on display in Australia.

  • DAY 7: THURSDAY 31ST JULY, 2025

    BROOME TO MELBOURNE


    We say goodbye to the North West as we transfer to Broome Airport for our flights home via Perth. On arrival into Melbourne,  our chauffeurs will be waiting to transport us home with many interesting stories to tell of our relaxing Broome adventure.

Victorian passengers from Greater Melbourne, Bendigo, Torquay, Ballarat, Geelong, the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas, Phillip Island and selected areas of Gippsland will be picked up from home in a private chauffeured vehicle by one of our professional drivers.

For Victorian passengers not within this pick up zone, or our interstate passengers a quote can be provided for home pickup in extended areas.

At the end of your tour, you will be safely returned home with memories of a sensational tour.

Luxury Touring Coaches

Our full size, 3 axle luxury coaches have only 32-36 passenger seats allowing you even more personal space and extra leg room. Our coaches are fitted with comfortable reclining seats with aisle arm rests, foot rests, seat belts, panoramic windows with blinds, refrigerator for passenger use, restroom, climate control air conditioning and Road Cam monitors which display the road ahead in real time. Each coach has a second door for easier entry and exit and touchless hand sanitizer dispensers at each entry to help keep everyone safe. Our coaches have full air suspension delivering a smooth and

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Receipt of payment of funds will be taken as acceptance of O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours conditions of travel for this tour.

Prices include GST and all taxes.


Deposit is fully refundable until 61 days prior to departure date.

Balance due on invoice approximately 60 days prior to departure.

If a tour is cancelled for any reason by O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours before the departure date, all passengers will be offered the option of transferring to another tour of their choice, hold the funds in trust for a future tour or a full refund. If a lockdown is implemented while a tour is in progress, our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our passengers and ensuring that we get each and every one of them home safely, and therefore we treat every situation individually.
